Airxcel Expands Financial Leadership with Two Key Appointments

Airxcel, a supplier to the RV industry, has strengthened its financial leadership team with two senior appointments. The moves align with its long-term strategy to support growth and maintain strong fiscal oversight across its 17 brands.

Effective August 1, Sam Martin has been promoted to director of corporate finance, and Benjie Paul has joined the company as chief financial officer.

The appointments mark a transition in Airxcel’s financial leadership following the July 31 retirement of former CFO Debi Jones.

Martin began his career at Airxcel as manager of financial reporting and advanced to corporate controller in 2021.

Over the past four years, he has been involved in integrating several acquisitions, including Aqua-Hot, Cleer Vision, ECI, and CAN, into the company’s portfolio.

He also played a central role in Airxcel’s shift from a privately held company to a publicly traded firm.

In his new position, he will lead strategic financial planning and oversee initiatives to strengthen fiscal innovation across the organization.

Paul, who takes over as CFO, also brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience.

He has worked in the RV sector since 2015 and is expected to provide both financial discipline and industry expertise as Airxcel continues to expand its market presence.

His appointment follows the retirement of Jones, who served as CFO through a period of significant growth and transformation at Airxcel.

“At Airxcel, our commitment to being a global leader in the RV industry begins with hiring exceptional talent,” Anthony Wollschlager, Airxcel president and CEO, said in a press release.

“By placing top professionals on our leadership team, we are confident that these appointments will drive our goals forward and deliver a positive impact across the Airxcel family of brands,” Wollschlager added.

Airxcel currently operates 14 facilities across the United States and Europe, producing products essential to the RV market.

Its portfolio of 17 brands covers heating, cooling, cooking, ventilation, and other systems critical to recreational vehicles.
