Airxcel Appoints Marty Wright as Vice President of Human Resources

Airxcel, Inc., a Wichita-based manufacturer and distributor of RV components, has appointed Marty Wright as Vice President of Human Resources, the company announced on November 6, 2025.

Wright joins the company’s leadership team as Airxcel continues to expand its portfolio of 17 brands and 14 facilities across the United States and Europe.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Wright brings expertise in HR strategy, culture development, and employee engagement.

His appointment underscores Airxcel’s ongoing investment in talent and organizational growth at a time when workforce stability and efficiency remain vital for manufacturers in the RV sector.

“At Airxcel, our commitment to being a global leader in the RV industry begins with hiring exceptional talent,” said Anthony Wollschlager, Airxcel President and CEO. “Marty’s passion for nurturing an innovative, growth-focused environment reflects the culture we strive for at Airxcel.”

In his new role, Wright will focus on strengthening HR operations across Airxcel’s divisions while maintaining the individuality of each brand.

He said his leadership approach relies on data analytics to track and improve employee performance, retention, and satisfaction—key priorities for manufacturers facing skilled labor challenges and evolving workplace expectations.

“I’m passionate about people and the impact they have on organizational success,” Wright said. “My approach is analytics-driven to ensure we can measure progress and outcomes that matter, especially in a fast-paced industry like RV product manufacturing.”

Wright’s strategy includes using data insights to identify high-performing teams and to target areas where additional support is needed. He also emphasized safety and community as integral components of employee and operational success.

“By fostering a strong workplace culture, we can enhance both performance and customer satisfaction,” he noted.

For business owners and operators in the RV and outdoor hospitality industries, Airxcel’s leadership appointment reflects broader trends in workforce management across the sector.

As companies adapt to labor shortages and an increasingly data-driven operational environment, Wright’s emphasis on measurable outcomes and cultural alignment could signal how large RV suppliers are redefining talent strategies to support long-term growth and stability.

Airxcel, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, designs and manufactures essential RV products, serving as a key supplier to manufacturers and aftermarket businesses worldwide.
