Spot2Nite has announced a new integration with Firefly Reservations, a cloud-based property management system (PMS) developed specifically for the outdoor hospitality sector.
The partnership, revealed in July 2025, aims to streamline operations for campground and RV park operators while expanding booking access to 69 millions of outdoor travelers.
Through the integration, campgrounds and resorts using Firefly Reservations can now list their inventory, whether tent sites, RV spots, cabins, or glamping units, directly on Spot2Nite’s platform.
Spot2Nite provides real-time availability, centralized payment processing, and access to a distribution network that includes its mobile app, website, and affiliate travel resources. This connection means participating operators can market their inventory to an estimated 69 million outdoor enthusiasts.
“At Firefly, we’re focused on helping park operators drive growth without adding complexity,” said Doug Kinney, president of Firefly Reservations.
“This integration with Spot2Nite makes it easy for our customers to increase booking volume by tapping into a high-intent audience actively looking for their next outdoor experience. It’s a seamless way to fill more sites, more often, using the tools they already rely on every day.”
Spot2Nite continues to build on its strategy of connecting operators with more distribution options.
According to the company, it currently integrates with 14 property management systems and supports listing options that include commission-free models or rate parity plans. This flexibility allows operators to choose the approach that best fits their business goals and pricing strategies.
“Our mission is to connect travelers to the outdoors faster and easier than ever,” said Sam Bruner, co-founder and COO of Spot2Nite.
“Partnering with Firefly Reservations is a supply win for travelers and a huge opportunity for park operators to grow both visibility and revenue, without increasing workload.”
For outdoor hospitality business owners, this integration offers a potential operational advantage. Centralized availability, inventory syncs, and direct booking capabilities can reduce administrative burdens and enable real-time revenue opportunities.
With Spot2Nite’s continued expansion, campground operators now have greater flexibility to reach more guests ahead of the 2025 camping season.
