Oasis Experiences announced the completion of 40 new RV sites at Serendipity Resort & Campground in Brownsville, Tennessee. These new sites, available for long-term leases starting July 1, increase the campground’s RV site capacity by 50%.
According to a press release, the expansion addresses the rising demand for long-term RV accommodations driven by the nearby Ford Blue Oval campus, which has increased the need for quality and affordable housing in Haywood County.
Nate Moyer, vice president of operations at Oasis Experiences, highlighted the demand for accommodation near Blue Oval camps.
