With just five days remaining until the opening of this year’s annual RV park and campground convention in Orlando, organizers are preparing for what they describe as the event’s largest gathering to date.
Walk-in and on-site registration will be available throughout the week for those making last-minute decisions to attend.
The multi-day convention, which begins next week (May 6 to 9), will bring together industry professionals from across the country for networking, education, and business development.
Attendees will have the chance to explore a wide range of sessions and exhibits tailored to campground operators, vendors, and other stakeholders in the outdoor hospitality sector.
A major highlight of the convention is the Legislative Panel and Chairman’s Lunch scheduled for Thursday, May 8. The session will provide updates on legislation affecting the outdoor hospitality industry and offer insights from guest legislators.
“Join us for an engaging panel featuring guest legislators, advocacy insights, and the opportunity to be part of the conversation that shapes our future,” the announcement stated. The session aims to help campground owners and industry leaders stay informed about policy developments that could impact their operations.
The Supplier Expo, taking place on Friday, May 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., is also expected to draw strong attendance. With more than 90 vendor companies participating, the expo will showcase new products, technologies, and services for RV parks and campgrounds.
Organizers describe the expo as a valuable opportunity for campground operators to engage directly with suppliers, explore new offerings, and identify solutions for upgrading or expanding their facilities.
“Whether you’re expanding, upgrading, or just exploring new ideas, this is your opportunity to connect with leading industry suppliers face-to-face,” the event’s promotional material noted.
The convention’s agenda is designed to accommodate a range of participants, including those who may decide to attend at the last minute. According to the event website, online registration remains open, and walk-ins are welcome throughout the week.
