Registration is now open for the 2025 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE), scheduled to take place from November 10 to 12 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in downtown Louisville.
Organized by OHI, the annual event is considered a cornerstone for professional development, networking, and business growth within the outdoor hospitality sector.
According to a press release, OHCE2025 offers a variety of registration options for both OHI members and non-members.
Full conference passes are available, along with expo-only access passes for those focused on the exhibit hall.
OHI is also continuing its Hosted Buyer Program, which provides complimentary full access to qualifying decision-makers from member parks.
Early bird pricing for OHI members is set at $499 until June 30. Rates increase to $599 on July 1 and to $799 after October 1.
Non-members may register at $1,399. Expo-Only Access Passes start at $129, with prices rising later in the year.
With over 50 scheduled sessions, including breakouts, general meetings, and networking events, this year’s agenda covers a range of topics from diversifying revenue streams to wastewater management. The conference is designed to offer insights for both newcomers and seasoned operators.
“The learning, the connections, the energy, it all starts at OHCE,” said David Basler, OHI’s chief strategy officer.
“This event is about investing in the future of your business. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, OHCE provides access to the people and ideas that move our industry forward,” Basler added.
In support of education and industry engagement, the OHI Foundation is offering a limited number of scholarships that cover the cost of full registration.
Priority will be given to first-time attendees. Applications must be submitted by July 14, and recipients will be announced the week of August 18. Travel and lodging costs are not included.
The Omni Louisville Hotel has been designated the official conference hotel and is located a short distance from the convention center.
