RoverPass Unveils New Zapier Workflows for Seamless Gmail Integration for Campground Owners

RoverPass, an all-in-one reservation management platform for campgrounds, RV parks, and glamping properties, announced today the release of its first set of pre-made Zapier workflows.

These ready-to-use templates are designed to help property owners connect RoverPass with their favorite apps without the need for advanced setup.

The new series builds on the company’s Zapier integration, which was launched last year, and reflects RoverPass’s commitment to continually evaluate customer preferences and deliver practical tools that make running a campground easier.

Zapier provides access to thousands of applications, but building workflows from scratch can feel overwhelming for campground operators who are new to automation. To bridge this gap, RoverPass developed pre-made templates that customers can activate with just a few clicks. This removes the learning curve and ensures that even non-technical users can benefit from automating repetitive tasks.

“Our goal has always been to give campground and outdoor hospitality operators the same level of tools that larger businesses have, without the complexity,” said Ravi Parikh, Founder and CEO of RoverPass. “By creating pre-made Zapier workflows, we’re ensuring that our customers can spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time serving guests. It’s about helping them unlock efficiency while keeping their operations simple, reliable, and guest-focused.”

The first release of templates focuses on Gmail automations, giving campground owners triggers that automatically send an email when key events occur in RoverPass. Owners can then tailor the content of those emails to fit their property’s needs. The available triggers include:

  • New Reservation: Automatically start an email when a guest books, allowing owners to confirm the reservation, share updates, or send tailored offers.
  • Check-In: Trigger a welcome email at the time of arrival, where owners can provide details such as Wi-Fi codes, maps, or gate instructions.
  • Check-Out: Launch a follow-up email after departure, which owners can use to request reviews, gather feedback, or share future promotions.

This initiative is part of RoverPass’s broader commitment to integrate directly with the apps and tools that campground owners already rely on daily.

The company continues to monitor customer needs and design new integrations that are both practical and impactful. The Gmail templates are only the beginning, as RoverPass plans to expand its library of pre-made workflows across other popular platforms. With each release, RoverPass reinforces its mission to make reservation management software more accessible, more practical, and more valuable for properties of every size.
