The Canadian Camping & RV Council (CCRVC) is excited to announce the return of the Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo that will take place February 15 and 16, 2023. Produced with the support and expertise of Unity Event Solutions, the conference will be an opportunity for the entire country to come together as one to share in valuable education sessions and networking.
The 2023 Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference will provide campground owners with new and exciting tools to help them continue to offer premium camping experiences, enhance operations procedures, and maintain the successes our industry has seen in recent years.
After feedback from campground owners, the conference will remain virtual for 2023, which has motivated a shift towards prioritizing the education content being delivered, given the barriers to effective virtual trade shows.
CCRVC invites industry suppliers to participate in the 2023 event with sponsorships that support premium training content that will have significant effect on the camping industry in Canada. Discussions to host an in person full Conference and trade show in 2024 are on-going.
“We’re thrilled to again have a chance to provide this exclusive education and networking opportunity for Canadian campground owners across the country,” said Shane Devenish, Executive Director of the Canadian Camping & RV Council.
“After the success of our virtual conferences in 2021 and 2022, we are excited to build on our mandate to provide the tools to help make our private campgrounds more successful and offer their campers a quality experience for the betterment of the Canadian RV and Camping Industry.”
The Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo will offer two packed days of educational sessions, live networking opportunities, interactive workshops, group discussions, keynote speakers, as well as sponsors who hail from Canada and across North America.
“The past two years we have awarded several campgrounds and participating professionals with awards that recognize the significant contributions of notable individuals to the Canadian camping industry, and we are honored and excited to open nominations for the 2023 event” says Cara Csizmadia, Member Services Coordinator for the Canadian Camping & RV Council.
“We are currently building out a robust and exciting agenda for the conference seminars, and we invite attendees to submit their suggestions for session content and speakers.”
