Patrick Industries, a component solutions provider for the outdoor enthusiast and housing markets, announced the return of Jake Petkovich as president – marine, effective May 19.
He replaces Rick Reyenger, who transitions into a strategic advisory position to support the company’s marine segment during the leadership change.
Based in Elkhart, Indiana, Patrick Industries is home to more than 85 brands serving markets including RV, marine, powersports, and housing.
The company employs approximately 10,000 team members across the United States. Petkovich’s appointment marks a return to Patrick after his tenure as executive vice president – finance, chief financial officer, and treasurer from 2020 to 2023.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jake back to the Patrick family,” Andy Nemeth, chief executive officer, said in a press release.
“Jake is an experienced, driven outdoor enthusiast and leader who knows our marine businesses well and brings passion, energy, and proven strategic and financial acumen to this role,” Nemeth added.
Most recently, Petkovich served as chief financial officer of Indicor, LLP, a global industrial solutions company. During his previous tenure at Patrick, he was instrumental in financial strategy, capital allocation, and marine-related acquisitions that contributed to operational growth and efficiency.
Nemeth praised Reyenger’s contributions to Patrick’s marine business following the company’s 2018 acquisition of marine accessories corporation.
“Rick has played a vital role in helping shape our Marine business strategy, leveraging his extensive industry experience, business acuity, and strong customer relationships,” he said.
Reyenger will remain with Patrick in an advisory role focused on mentoring Petkovich and continuing to offer strategic insight. The company emphasized a commitment to continuity throughout the transition.
