The 2025 Florida and Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention and Expo concluded last week, drawing a strong turnout of RV park owners, operators, sponsors, exhibitors, and industry professionals.
Organized by the Florida RV Park and Campground Association (FRVCA), the event took place in Florida and brought together key players from across the outdoor hospitality sector to network, learn, and collaborate.
The annual convention serves as a central gathering for the industry, providing education sessions, exhibitor showcases, and opportunities to connect with peers.
“We appreciate and value your support and participation,” the FRVCA team said in a message thanking attendees. “We hope everyone had an opportunity to learn a lot, pick up many great tips that will help grow your business, catch up with old friends, and make new connections.”
Organizers noted the event was “very well attended,” reflecting ongoing interest and investment in the RV and campground industry.
With 2026 planning already underway, the FRVCA confirmed the convention’s role as a critical touchpoint for professional development and business growth in the region.
Attendees were also encouraged to revisit highlights from the event. A photo gallery capturing the expo’s moments was made available online. “Please take a moment to discover and relive some of the fun and great memories that were made last week,” the FRVCA wrote.
Special recognition was given to Rob Moorman, who photographed the convention and shared his work with attendees.
In addition to visual highlights, the FRVCA acknowledged the technological tools that enhanced the attendee experience. “I also need to give a shout-out to Bobby Sorden and the APP MY COMMUNITY team for creating our amazing 2025 Convention APP,” the organization said. “What a game changer!”
The convention featured a lineup of speakers and presentations designed to provide insight into the latest trends and strategies in the outdoor hospitality industry. Slide decks from some presentations will be shared with attendees, pending availability, according to the FRVCA.
