Lazydays Holdings has completed the asset and real estate sale of its Tulsa, Oklahoma location to Ron Hoover RV & Marine, the company announced.
The transaction marks a strategic move by Lazydays to streamline operations and reduce outstanding debt.
According to a press release, the deal closed without delays. “We are pleased to complete the previously announced sale of our location in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ron Hoover RV & Marine,” said Ron Fleming, CEO of Lazydays.
“The transaction closed quickly and smoothly, and furthered our execution of paying off meaningful debt and strengthening our balance sheet. We look forward to continuing our focus on our core footprint of stores,” Fleming added.
The Tulsa property sale aligns with Lazydays’ ongoing restructuring plan aimed at focusing on its primary market footprint and enhancing long-term financial stability.
