Airxcel announced that Kristen LeBaron has joined the organization as the VP of Strategic Planning and Implementation based in Elkhart.
This role is instrumental in transforming strategic goals into actionable initiatives across the Airxcel family of brands.

In her new role as VP of Strategic Planning and Implementation, Kristen LeBaron will oversee a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results aligned with Airxcel’s vision.
She will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to monitor progress and drive organizational success.
With a focus on managing resources, meeting key performance indicators, and proactively addressing risks, Kristen plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of Airxcel’s most important initiatives.
