Ryan Estis, keynote speaker for the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, has released a video inviting RV dealers to attend the annual event, which will take place November 10–14 at Paris Las Vegas.
The video, published on The Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s YouTube channel, offers a preview of Estis’s keynote session and introduces his professional background.
Estis, a business performance expert and founding partner of ImpactEleven, is scheduled to deliver the keynote address titled “The Art of Standing Out: Leveraging Remarkable Experiences and Experimentation to Create Brand Evangelism.”
His presentation will focus on strategies that help businesses meet evolving customer expectations by centering company culture on people and purpose.
“Attendees will gain a fresh understanding of how putting customers at the center of business strategy can profoundly impact dealership performance,” event organizers stated.
According to the announcement, Estis will provide insights on how brands can create extraordinary experiences that lead to long-term customer loyalty.
Estis is also the author of Prepare for Impact, a book that outlines his human-centered approach to business, which emphasizes empowering individuals to reach their full potential as a driver of organizational success.
The convention is organized by the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) of the U.S., RVDA of Canada, and The Mike Molino RV Learning Center. It is considered a key industry event for dealership personnel across North America.
Each year, the convention offers a week of in-person networking, workshops, and training sessions tailored for general managers, sales staff, F&I professionals, fixed operations teams, and digital marketing specialists.
In addition to education sessions, the event includes an expo featuring major RV manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.
Dealers, exhibitors, and sponsors can register and find event details on the convention website. Updates are also shared across the RVDA’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
