The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association 62nd Annual Trade Show
We invite you to join us for the 62nd Annual PCOA Convention at the Kalahari Resort, Pocono Manor, PA on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 9–10, 2025. Make plans now to attend.
Each year, campground owners from across Pennsylvania gather for the Convention and Trade Show. Invitations are sent not only to our members but also to all 435 campgrounds within the state, as well as to neighboring state campgrounds.
Exhibitor Information
- Set-up Time: Tuesday, December 9, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (No Monday night setup allowed.)
- Show Hours:
- Tuesday: 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (No educational workshops scheduled on Wednesday to encourage more time at the Trade Show.)
Booth Details & Fees
This is a tabletop show (no pipe and drape). Each space is approximately 10′ x 10′, includes one 8-foot table and two chairs.
- $425.00 – PCOA Associate Members
- $525.00 – Non-members
Large display space is available. For additional space above two booths, including an outdoor cabin, indicate your request on the contract. Booths are assigned on a first-come basis, so early submission is recommended.
Electricity: Check the box on your contract to receive a link to the Kalahari Resort’s online order form.
Meals Included in Cost: Monday evening opening reception, Tuesday dinner, and Wednesday breakfast for one person. Additional tickets for Wednesday lunch, banquet, or Thursday events may be purchased (fees listed on contract).
Literature Distribution: For those unable to attend, brochures or booklets may be sent before November 10, 2025. Fee: $80.00 for up to 100 copies of any one piece.

Room rate: $159 single/double. Reservation deadline: November 1 or until room block is filled.
Convention Theme & Vendor Incentives
The 2025 Convention theme is “Tents, Trails, and Tailwinds.” The popular “Ticket to Win” program returns. Vendors can earn tickets by:
- Checking in at the show
- Donating an auction item
- Purchasing an auction item
Vendor Prizes Include:
- Free booth at the 2026 Trade Show
- Quarter-page ad in one issue of PCOA News
- $200 cash award
Vendor prize drawings will be held on Wednesday morning at breakfast (must be present to win).
Campground Program: When campground owners purchase items from you at the show, give them an order invoice copy. They will present it at registration for extra tickets. A vendor scavenger hunt will also encourage trade show attendance.
Shipping: Kalahari Resort shipping and handling procedures are included in your packet.
After the convention, you will receive a list of all attendees with their contact information.
