Campground Owners of New York (CONY) 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference
Campground Owners of New York (CONY) is pleased to announce its 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference, scheduled for Sunday, November 2, 2025, and Monday, November 3, 2025, at The Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, NY.
This year’s conference offers a streamlined format focused on fostering connections, sharing stories, strategies, and celebrating successes among independent campground owners and operators from across New York State. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers, key suppliers, vendors, and tourism professionals.
Registration will open for attendees and suppliers this summer. A special discounted room rate of $264 + tax per standard room is available at The Otesaga. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel’s Reservations Office at 866-494-0085 and mentioning “Campground Owners of NY” or through the direct booking link: Campground Owners of NY 2025. The reservation cutoff date for the discounted rate is September 2, 2025.
