Campground Owners Expo 2024
The Fourth Annual Campground Owners Expo (COE), set for December 4-7, at the Hilton Branson Convention Center in Branson, Missouri, is a key event for campground owners seeking growth and networking opportunities. Organized by Severson & Associates and led by industry veterans Lori Severson and Bud Styer, the expo focuses on building robust state associations, providing industry-specific education, and showcasing a first-class trade show. Aimed at enhancing campground profitability and business development, the COE offers a platform for learning, networking, and connecting with essential suppliers, all set against the backdrop of scenic Branson during its festive Christmas season.

Wednesday (December 4)

- Cash bar available during the entirety of today’s expo!
- 5:00pm - 6:00pm
- Networking Bingo!
- Ballroom and cash bar will stay open until 7pm for more networking time! Grab your networking bingo card – mingle around the room to chat with other attendees and see what squares you can mark off! A great opportunity to make new friends/connections on the first day of COE! Get at least two ‘bingos’ and turn your card in by 2pm on Thursday for a chance to win $1,000 to spend at the expo!
Thursday (December 5)

- Cracker Barrel sessions
- Kickoff the day with some fun and informative cracker barrel sessions! Different rooms and topics will be offered so you can choose the topic that interests you the most! These sessions will be led by moderators so they stay on topic and are valuable for your time!

- Expo Hall is open
- you had the night to think things over, use today to finish up your business/purchases with the exhibitors!
- 3:00pm - 6:00pm
- Evening Program/Dinner
- included in your registration! Exhibitors are included as well! We have a fun new format for this night we think you’ll enjoy!

- Networking games
- get to know even more of your peers here at COE!

- Awards, recognition, some giveaway drawings, and a NEW exhibitor charity auction!
- Bid on items donated by our expo exhibitors – things a campground owner is sure to love!

- Dinner served with a short keynote speaker so you have time for more networking!
- The ballroom and cash bar will remain open until 7pm!
Friday (December 6)

- Off-Site ‘Behind the Scenes’ Event (ticketed event)
- Ticket includes a one-hour show by this Branson family-owned-and-operated show, followed by a panel Q&A to learn what it takes to run a long-standing family business, and still want to see each other outside of work! More details and ticket links coming soon!
