Noble Court Holiday Park in Narberth, Pembrokeshire, has been sold to a new owner following its administration earlier this year.
The park, which was part of Celtic Holiday Parks, went into administration in June 2025 along with Croft Country Park in Reynalton and Meadow House Holiday Park in Amroth. All three parks offer accommodation ranging from static caravans and luxury lodges to glamping units, alongside touring and tenting pitches and leisure facilities.
Noble Court spans 49.70 acres and features 173 privately owned and hire fleet units, many with private hot tubs, as well as on-site amenities including Charlie’s Celtic Tavern, an outdoor heated pool, and children’s play areas.
The park has received the Gold David Bellamy Award for Conservation multiple times. Since entering administration, the three parks have continued trading, with staff retained, according to the Western Telegraph.
The administration of the parks has been managed by joint administrators Alistair Wardell and Richard Lewis of Grant Thornton UK Advisory & Tax LLP.
A spokesperson for the firm previously stated: “The joint administrators are continuing to trade the company’s business whilst a buyer is sought, and the company’s employees have been retained to support this strategy.”
In July 2025, the parks were placed on the market with international estate agents Savills, with the option to purchase the sites together or individually. On 18 November 2025, the sale of Noble Court to Threesix Investments Limited was completed.
A statement from the park said: “We are proud to announce that an experienced operator has completed their purchase of Noble Court Holiday Park. Whilst the holiday season is almost over, Charlie’s Celtic Tavern remains open. We are excited to welcome everyone back.”
Celtic Holiday Parks, founded in 2003 by managing director Huw Pendleton, had received approximately £6 million in investments across its sites in recent years. In 2020, the company secured a six-figure loan from HSBC through the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme to fund an additional 54 holiday homes.
Celtic Holiday Parks and Pendleton have received industry recognition, including awards for ‘best caravan and camping parks in Pembrokeshire,’ ‘luxury accommodation provider of the year South Wales,’ and an individual award for Pendleton’s contribution to UK tourism in 2022.
A Grant Thornton spokesperson noted: “Following strong interest in acquiring the sites, the joint administrators are pleased to announce that a sale of Noble Court Holiday Park was agreed and completed on 18 November. The purchaser, Threesix Investments Limited, will continue to operate the business of the holiday park. We wish them well for the future and would like to thank the employees and owners for their patience and understanding during this period of uncertainty.”
For outdoor hospitality professionals, the sale highlights the continued demand for established holiday parks with operational stability and investment in quality facilities, even after financial restructuring.
