International real estate advisor Savills has completed the sale of Terfyn Pella Caravan Park in Denbighshire, North Wales, on behalf of a private client.
The buyer, Lyons Holiday Park Limited, has added the site to its growing portfolio of parks across North Wales and Cumbria. The sale price was not disclosed.
Terfyn Pella Caravan Park is located between Rhyl and Prestatyn, two established seaside destinations in North Wales.
The park spans around five acres of level land and holds planning permission for 115 caravans. It is currently developed with 108 single static caravan pitches, of which 106 are privately owned. Two vacant pitches remain, presenting immediate potential for additional placements.
The local area continues to be a strong tourism draw. Rhyl and Prestatyn offer supermarkets, cafes, pubs, entertainment venues, and family-oriented attractions, while Chester, approximately 33 miles away, adds to the region’s appeal with cultural and retail opportunities.

Lyons Holiday Parks, a family-owned business established in 1924, now operates more than 22 parks across North Wales and Cumbria.
The acquisition of Terfyn Pella adds to their existing range of coastal and countryside destinations. For holiday park operators, the transaction illustrates continued investor interest in well-established, privately owned parks in strong tourism locations.
The deal also highlights how consolidation by larger operators can shape the regional holiday park landscape, providing business owners with insight into market demand, acquisition trends, and customer expectations in popular holiday destinations.
