Lyons Holiday Parks, a family-run holiday park operator in North Wales, has won multiple awards at the British Travel Awards 2025. The company received gold awards for “best company for UK parks and lodge holidays” and “best company for UK family holidays” at the ceremony held on December 8 at Grosvenor House in London.
Lyons also received a bronze award for “best company for UK short breaks,” a category in which it won silver in 2024.
A statement from Lyons Holiday Parks noted: “Lyons Holiday Parks are bursting with pride as we announce our incredible wins at the British Travel Awards 2025.”
”What an honour and what a moment for everyone across the Lyons family! To every single person who voted for us, to our amazing guests who continue to make memories with us, to our passionate teams who go above and beyond and to our wonderful holiday homeowners who bring our parks to life – thank you!”
”Your support is the heart of everything we do, and these awards are as much yours as they are ours. Here’s to another incredible year, to creating unforgettable experiences, and to bringing home even more gold in 2026!”
Founded in 1924 in Rhyl, Lyons Holiday Parks operates around 20 sites across Wales, making it the country’s largest holiday park company, according to the North Wales Chronicle.
The British Travel Awards, which are the largest consumer-voted travel awards in the UK, are designed to recognise companies across the travel and tourism sector based on public votes.
For business owners and operators in the outdoor hospitality sector, Lyons’ repeated recognition highlights the value of customer engagement and consistent service standards.
Maintaining a strong reputation, investing in guest experiences, and nurturing a loyal customer base are critical factors in sustaining success in competitive markets such as parks, lodges, and family-focused holidays.
