Caravan Manufacturers Showcase 2026 Models and New Innovations at NEC Show

The 2025 Motorhome & Caravan Show, running from October 14 to 19 at Birmingham’s NEC, is set to showcase a broad range of innovations in caravan design, comfort, and efficiency.

Manufacturers are emphasizing lighter builds, upgraded interiors, and new technologies designed to enhance the touring experience and appeal to a diverse audience—from first-time buyers to luxury enthusiasts.

Swift Caravans marks a notable return with its 2026 Conqueror range, featuring a refreshed exterior and new conveniences such as a roof-mounted solar panel and external BBQ point. Its Elegance Grand continues to represent the premium segment, while the Basecamp 2 targets compact touring needs.

Bailey Caravans introduces two updated lines, the Phoenix Black Edition and Pegasus Black Edition. The Phoenix range emphasizes lightweight towing, whereas the Pegasus offers a wider 8ft layout, catering to customers who prioritize living space.

Coachman’s display includes several updates aimed at high-end buyers. The Lusso range debuts with three four-berth models, showcasing deeper kitchen worktops, French oak-style flooring, and new air-conditioning.

The Laser Xtra line gains new configurations, including the two-berth Laser 480 Xtra, while VIP models receive interior refinements, such as the reworked 545 and 565 layouts.

Elddis focuses on entry-level and mid-range markets with the all-new Whirlwind range for newcomers, while upgrading the Avante Apex and Crusader lines.

Standard features such as solar panels, alarms, Wi-Fi, and BBQ points are now integrated across much of the lineup to simplify cost comparisons for buyers.

Adria also emphasizes flexible layouts and contemporary styling, highlighting models like the Action 361 LT, Adora 612DL Seine, and Alpina Colorado. Knaus presents the lightweight Sport & Fun and the electric vehicle-friendly Yaseo, alongside larger family models such as the Sudwind.

Luxury touring receives attention through Buccaneer’s new Starliner range, which incorporates air-conditioning, underfloor heating, and in-bedroom TVs as standard, supported by a 2.2-tonne chassis.

The 8ft-wide Skyliner range also debuts, offering contemporary color schemes and updated interiors while retaining hallmark features like self-levelling and Alde heating.

Compact and alternative options are also on display, according to a report by Out&About Live. The T@B teardrop remains popular among minimalists, while Barefoot introduces the new three-berth Barefoot Bothy and Terok showcases its squaredrop micro-tourers.

Eriba adds fresh layouts to its Touring range, continuing its focus on efficient design and vintage appeal.

For professionals in the outdoor hospitality and caravan industries, the show serves as a key indicator of market trends shaping consumer preferences—particularly the growing demand for lighter builds, sustainability features like solar integration, and improved onboard comfort.

Dealers are also available throughout the event, offering comparisons on pricing, specifications, and trade-in options. Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead, considering payload targets, bed configurations, and lead times before making purchasing decisions.

Tickets are priced at £18 on the door, and the caravan halls cover multiple arenas, allowing attendees to explore, compare, and revisit models across a broad spectrum of brands and market segments.
