The Caravan and Motorhome Club has announced its selection of “Open All Year” campsites for the 2025/26 season, giving members extended opportunities to travel outside the traditional holiday periods.
The program includes more than 50 Club and Affiliated campsites across the UK, with new and enhanced locations joining the lineup.
Among the additions are Ferry Meadows Club Campsite, Seacroft Club Campsite, and the redeveloped Sandringham Estate Club Campsite.
Coniston Park Coppice Club Campsite and Cayton Village Club Campsite will also extend their operating season until January 4, 2026. These updates reflect growing interest in year-round touring as leisure vehicle owners look to experience the outdoors in every season.
Harvey Alexander, director of marketing and membership services at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, said in a press release:
“Touring is a year-round adventure, and our leisure vehicle holidaymakers are making the most of every season. With more campsites open throughout the winter and offers at top attractions, there’s never been a better time to explore. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer escape, the freedom to tour all year brings new experiences and unforgettable moments.”
The Club continues to partner with local attractions to provide exclusive discounts to members.
These include offers such as 20 percent off entry at Holkham Hall, a stately home near Sandringham; two-for-one admission at Barnsdale Gardens near Ferry Meadows; and discounts at heritage railways near Seacroft.
Many of these attractions are also extending their opening dates and offering flexible booking to complement the year-round touring model.
For outdoor hospitality operators, the expansion of “Open All Year” sites highlights an industry trend toward extended seasons and diversified revenue streams.
By keeping sites open through the winter months, operators can appeal to travelers seeking off-peak experiences and capitalize on partnerships with nearby attractions to enhance guest value.
This approach not only increases occupancy during quieter months but also supports regional tourism by encouraging visits to local businesses throughout the year.
