Brecon View Eco Village, a holiday lodge development in Carmarthenshire, South West Wales, has been sold through specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.
Located on the edge of Brecon Beacons National Park, the eco village features six luxury holiday lodges with panoramic views of the Amman Valley and the Black Mountain. The site is known for its eco-conscious design and scenic setting near one of Wales’ most prominent natural landmarks.
The development is recognized as the first zero-carbon lodge business in the Welsh tourism industry. Five of the six lodges are entirely carbon zero and have been designed with a focus on energy efficiency. Each unit includes a wood-fired sauna, hot tub, and a dedicated BBQ area.
The new owner, Tomas Robertson of TR2 Group, brings more than a decade of experience in the holiday lettings market. He also operates a glamping site in Scotland.
