Beverley Park Offers Late August Bookings Overlooking Broadsands Beach

Beverley Park, a holiday park in Paignton, Devon, is continuing to offer caravan and tent pitches for the summer season, with availability remaining for late August stays.

The park overlooks Broadsands Beach in Torbay, a location known for its red sand and coastal views, and offers a range of facilities and activities for visitors.

The park’s amenities include two heated outdoor swimming pools, an on-site spa with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub, and entertainment at the Starlight Bar.

Guests can also access outdoor adventure playgrounds, paddling pools, indoor and outdoor play areas, soft play facilities, kids’ clubs, and family amusement options.

Dining venues at the site include the Jetty Restaurant, the Catch Takeaway, Saltwater Kitchen and Terrace, and the Boulevard Café, which serve a variety of meals including traditional fish and chips.

Travel Reporter Cyann Fielding described Broadsands Beach as “a hidden gem,” noting that it features “numerous rocks to explore” and “typical red sand found in Devon – due to the soil in the area.”

According to a report by The Sun, she also mentioned that “a long stretching promenade runs alongside the beach” and that “whilst on occasions a lot of seaweed does wash up on the beach, Broadsands does have a blue flag.”

The location receives positive feedback from visitors. One review described Beverley Park as having “absolutely stunning” views, “friendly staff,” and “brilliant heated pool” facilities.

Another guest highlighted the entertainment, bingo events, and carvery at the Jetty Restaurant, as well as the “view across the bay.”

For the period from August 26 to August 28, 2025, a family of four booking a tent pitch can expect prices of £12 per person per night for families with children under four years old, or £14.50 per person per night for families with children over that age.

For outdoor hospitality business owners, Beverley Park demonstrates a competitive approach to attracting summer guests by combining scenic location advantages with a variety of family-friendly activities and on-site services.

Such a model could serve as a case study in leveraging both natural surroundings and diverse amenities to extend booking appeal late into the peak season.
