Campfire Group, a Dutch firm and parent company of Holtkamper and Easy Caravanning, is planning to have a major trailer tent launch at the upcoming Caravan Salon Düsseldorf 2022.
The company wowed the crowd at last year’s Caravan Salon Düsseldorf after showing its unique pop-top trailer tent, “TakeOff,” from its Easy Caravanning brand, according to a report.
This year, TakeOff will undergo a few changes, including a new contemporary interior with stylish wood décor, matching upholstery fabrics, and six different designs. The updates can be seen through a product configurator on the Easy Caravanning website.
The exterior of the new TakeOff will be available in three versions: Active, Sport, and Xcite. It will all feature maneuvering handles, automatic night lights, front and rear organizers, and a compressor cool box. The Xcite will also have 15-inch allow wheels.
Under the Holtkamper brand, Campfire Group will launch a new version of its Aero trailer tent that will now feature charcoal mudguards like its siblings the Cocoon and the Kyte.
From 2023 onwards, the Aero will also be fitted with matching titanium-colored 15-inch alloy wheels. The 2023 models of the Cocoon, Aero, and Kyte will be fitted with a frame in the same titanium look as the alloy wheels.
The Holtkamper designers have also revealed that they are working behind the scenes on the successor to the Holtkamper Flyer, the model with which Holtkamper was extremely successful in the 1980s and 1990s.
