The Montpellier Exhibition Centre is hosting the 2025 edition of SETT—now known as the European Trade Show for Tourism Trends—from November 4 to 6, bringing together more than 730 exhibitors and nearly 18,000 professionals from across Europe.
Recognized as one of the leading business and innovation events in the European tourism and outdoor hospitality sectors, SETT serves as a central meeting point for businesses preparing for the 2026 season.
Formerly the Trade Show for Tourism Equipment and Techniques, SETT’s new name reflects its expanded focus and growing international presence. The event continues to attract visitors from across Europe, including Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Belgium.

“More than just a trade show, SETT has become a true laboratory of innovation for the entire European tourism sector,” said Philippe Robert, president of the Outdoor Hospitality Federation of Occitanie (FHPA Oc), in an October press release.
“Every year, we see here the emergence of new solutions that will shape tomorrow’s campsites, accommodations, and tourist destinations.”
Initially dedicated to campsite managers, the event now welcomes a broader audience that includes hoteliers, restaurateurs, café owners, public facility managers, and tourism project developers.

Across 60,000 square meters of exhibition space, the show features a wide range of products and services—rental accommodations, wellness facilities, leisure equipment, food service solutions, landscaping and design tools, and digital management technologies.
Exhibitors are also showcasing innovations in water and energy efficiency, a growing area of interest for operators focused on sustainability.
Several themed halls group exhibitors by specialization. Halls A4 and B2 highlight leisure and rental accommodations, including chalets, mobile homes, tents, and glamping units, reflecting the continued growth of unique and luxury outdoor stays.

Halls A5, B3, and B4 focus on digital solutions, services, and communication tools supporting the hospitality industry’s digital transformation, such as booking platforms, management software, and security systems.
Meanwhile, Halls B3, B4, and A5 showcase essential equipment and furnishings for campsites, hotels, and restaurants, from utilities and infrastructure to décor and appliances.
Outdoor swimming pool, wellness, and green space innovations can be found in Halls A3, A5, and A6. Exhibitors in these areas will present landscaping solutions, garden and terrace equipment, and renewable energy systems.

The 2025 exhibitor list reflects the diversity of the outdoor hospitality industry, with companies ranging from accommodation manufacturers to digital technology providers.
Notable participants include Louisiane by Sunshine Habitat, known for its eco-friendly mobile homes; MOBI-Concept, which specializes in sustainable accommodation units; EDF, offering customized low-carbon energy transition solutions for campsites; and Osmozis, a European provider of connected networks for campgrounds and holiday villages.
Other exhibitors, such as Clair Lagon, which designs natural swimming lagoons, and Iotopics, which develops smart water and energy monitoring systems, emphasize the show’s increasing focus on innovation and sustainability.

With representation across accommodations, technology, equipment, and environmental management, SETT 2025 positions itself as a key European platform for the future of outdoor hospitality.
