Champion Homes has received the Excellence in Manufactured Housing Award from the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) for the 11th year in a row.
The company was recognized in two categories, Manufactured Home Design – Multi-Section and Manufactured Home Design – CrossMod.
With the latest accolades, Champion Homes has now earned a total of 26 MHI awards over the past 11 years.
The honors were announced during the 2025 MHI Congress & Expo in Orlando, Florida, which received 85 submissions across 18 categories.
“Champion Homes has an incredible team and an outstanding portfolio of brands and products,” said Champion Homes President and CEO Tim Larson. “We’re thrilled to receive industry recognition by winning the MHI Excellence in Manufactured Housing Award for the 11th year in a row.”
“It shows our dedication to providing our customers with high-quality, beautifully designed homes that are attainable and provide great value,” Larson added.
According to a press release, Champion’s Ravenwood model, built by Regional Builders Group in Winston, Alabama, was named the winner in the Multi-Section category.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2,216-square-foot home stands out for its emphasis on indoor-outdoor living, featuring large exterior doors that open into a bonus room designed for entertaining.
The bonus room includes bar seating and a wood-burning stove, complemented by a spacious back porch.
Inside, the home features an open-concept living space with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a painted marble tray ceiling, a large island and designer light fixtures.
Champion’s Riverwalk model, built by Skyline Homes in Sugarcreek, Ohio, also won in the CrossMod category.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,300-square-foot home is certified as a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Zero Energy Ready Home, meaning it is built to rigorous energy efficiency and performance standards.
The Riverwalk features a yellow exterior with a red door and covered porch. Inside, nine-foot ceilings and an open layout create a sense of spaciousness.
The kitchen also includes white cabinetry, black hardware, a white subway tile backsplash and a large island with a farmhouse sink.
