Tree Farm Retreat Combines Sustainable Agriculture and Outdoor Hospitality Near Vancouver

A year-round tree farm east of Vancouver is offering visitors a sustainable and tranquil escape that blends agricultural tourism with outdoor recreation, reflecting growing consumer interest in authentic, farm-based experiences.

Tree Farm Retreat, located roughly 45 minutes from Vancouver and 12 minutes from Golden Ears Park, operates as both a working tree farm and a recreational getaway.

The property grows various fir trees alongside produce and fruit, creating a multifaceted business model that combines agriculture, accommodation, and eco-tourism.

The retreat provides several flat, graveled RV parking sites equipped with 15-amp power, water hookups, picnic tables, and fire pits with available firewood depending on weather conditions.

A portable toilet is on-site, and potable water access is provided. Visitors can explore walking paths between rows of Christmas trees and adjacent paddocks with horses, goats, and alpacas. In season, guests can also purchase farm-grown produce and fruits.

For travelers without their own RVs, the property features a 32-foot Lacrosse RV Trailer with a bunkhouse that sleeps up to five people—two adults and three children.

Guests can engage in a range of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, paddling, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, and wildlife watching.
