RVDA of Canada Announces Karen Kelly as Keynote Speaker for 2025 Annual Meeting

The RV Dealers Association of Canada (RVDA of Canada) will feature renowned sales transformation expert Karen Kelly as keynote speaker at its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 12.

The session, titled “Stuck Deals & Accelerate Sales Velocity,” will focus on one of the most pressing challenges facing RV dealers today: customers who express interest in the RV lifestyle but hesitate to finalize purchases amid economic uncertainty.

Kelly, founder and CEO of K2 Performance Consulting and the K2 Sales Academy, brings more than 25 years of experience in helping B2B enterprise sales teams and leaders convert stalled deals into closed revenue. 

She is also the host of The K2 Sales podcast, where she regularly speaks with sales and marketing professionals about overcoming indecision and driving measurable outcomes.

“Economic factors like interest rates, inflation, and market volatility are creating hesitation among buyers,” Kelly noted. 

“Too many dealers are letting this landscape cloud their approach when customers need confident guidance more than ever,” Kelly added.

During the session, Kelly will introduce attendees to her Velocity 3R System—a framework designed to help sales professionals channel their efforts toward purposeful, results-driven actions rather than simply increasing activity levels.

The Velocity 3R System centers on three key principles: repurpose, reveal, and revisit. 

Together, these components aim to equip dealers with a structured method for maintaining sales momentum and building stronger customer relationships.

The first component, “Repurpose – Shift Your Lens,” encourages dealers to reconnect with their true purpose of helping families discover freedom and adventure through RV ownership. 

By focusing on this mission, sales professionals can better detect “subtle signals” from customers, such as concerns over budget or decision-making delays.

The second, Reveal – Lead with Real Talk, promotes transparent and honest conversations with buyers. Kelly emphasizes that discussing the realities of RV ownership openly builds trust and reduces buyer hesitation by aligning expectations early in the process.

The third, “Revisit – Get Back to Sales Fundamentals,” underscores the importance of returning to proven sales basics—identifying lifestyle motivations, ensuring decision-maker involvement, and addressing financing options clearly and early.

The annual meeting serves as one of RVDA of Canada’s key professional development events, bringing together dealers and industry leaders from across the country to share strategies, strengthen collaboration, and exchange insights on emerging market trends.
