Bel Air Tremblant, a mixed-use resort and residential development in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, has become a notable property in the region since opening in 2018.
The project spans 540 acres of mountainous terrain and combines resort amenities with private residences, positioning itself as both a hospitality destination and a real estate development.
Approximately 100 acres of the site are dedicated to the resort component, which includes lodging units, a clubhouse, and two restaurants—Ekki Sushi and Bistro Bel Air.

The property also incorporates a residential development that has been cited as one of Quebec’s successful ventures in attracting both travelers and property buyers.
The resort currently employs 35 associates and emphasizes its approach to guest experience. “At Bel Air, we are committed to delivering the most memorable Tremblant hotel experience by combining heartfelt service with excellence in execution,” the management noted.
Bel Air offers a mix of accommodations, including 42 glamping units such as domes, lofts, and cabins, alongside larger two- to four-bedroom chalets.

The glamping domes, described by the resort as a signature feature, are designed with panoramic windows and modern interiors, catering primarily to couples and small groups seeking an immersive natural setting.
The loft rentals include private saunas and hot tubs, while the chalet rentals provide full kitchens, mountain views, and proximity to Tremblant’s ski slopes, shops, and trails.
Guests have access to amenities such as a spa, fitness center, pool, sports courts, fat bikes, and snowshoeing, as well as a small farm.
The property’s multi-faceted offering highlights the growing intersection of glamping and traditional hospitality, blending stand-alone accommodations with resort-style infrastructure.

For outdoor hospitality operators, Bel Air’s model illustrates the potential of combining diverse accommodation types under a single brand.
By offering traditional chalets alongside glamping domes and lofts, the resort broadens its market appeal and creates multiple revenue streams.
This hybrid approach may provide insight for business owners considering expansion beyond conventional lodging into glamping or experiential accommodation, especially as consumer demand trends toward unique and nature-integrated stays.
