Pathfinder Ventures Strengthens Team

Pathfinder Ventures on Monday announced new members of its Advisory Board. The company welcomed Shenoor Jadavji, Founder at Lotus Capital, and Randy Hendrickson, Founder & CEO of United Park Brokers.

According to a release, Shenoor is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, including capital sourcing and structuring value-aligned joint venture investments. She has 30 years of experience in real estate transactions totaling more than $3 billion across all real estate classes in major and secondary Canadian markets, as well as select US markets.

Since 2012, Lotus has been involved in acquiring, developing, repositioning, and dispositioning six million square feet of commercial assets. Outside of her leadership role at Lotus Capital, Shenoor is an active and committed community member and has served on numerous Boards. She is currently serving on the Advisory Board for Nexii Building Solutions Inc. and is a trustee on the board of PROREIT (TSX: PRV), serving on its Investment Committee.

Also bringing over 30 years of experience to the table is Randy Hendrickson. The hospitality and tourism industry veteran formed Horizon Outdoor Hospitality Group in 2003, a firm exclusively serving the outdoor hospitality industry.

He has over 15 years of State Board experience and served as Vice President on the Board of Directors and President/Chairman of CalARVC. Hendrickson has overseen more than $500M in transactions and managed over 70 RV Resorts in his career.

In the same release, Pathfinder Ventures Inc. has also announced that it granted incentive stock options to purchase a total of 2,000,568 common shares at an exercise price of $0.30 per share for five years to certain directors, officers, and consultants per the provisions of its stock option plan.

Pathfinder Ventures Inc. is developing a network of premier branded, upscale, and family-friendly RV parks and campgrounds under the “Pathfinder Camp Resorts” name.  Pathfinder currently has three camp resorts located in B.C. and is growing its network through acquisitions and new construction.  The corporation is taking advantage of the rapidly growing market of Canadians who want to experience the great outdoors in an RV.
