The Canadian Camping and RV Association is highlighting campground tours, supplier exhibits and educational sessions on revenue management, artificial intelligence and operations as registration remains open for the Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (COHCE) 2026, scheduled for Nov. 1-4 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The conference will bring together campground operators, suppliers and other outdoor hospitality professionals at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel. The program will cover profitability, marketing, infrastructure and operational efficiencies, alongside interactive discussions with campground owners.
A new behind-the-scenes campground tour will take place Nov. 1, the opening day of the conference. Participants will visit Capilano River RV Park and Burnaby Cariboo RV Park to view the properties and exchange ideas with other campground operators.
According to a LinkedIn post, the tour costs CA$85 per person and includes round-trip transportation and a catered lunch. Attendees can add the tour when registering for the conference.
The CampEx trade show will run Nov. 1-2, giving suppliers an opportunity to present products and services for campground businesses across Canada.
Educational sessions will address profitability, revenue management, artificial intelligence, marketing, infrastructure and operational efficiencies.
The program also will include interactive discussions involving campground owners, according to the association’s announcement.
For attendees who missed the hotel booking deadline, the association said it had held a limited number of additional rooms within the discounted conference block at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
