Pathfinder Ventures Inc. announced that Jennifer Lee had joined the corporation as Chief Financial Officer, subject to the approval of the TSX-V.
“This is a big milestone for Pathfinder. We welcome Jennifer as full-time CFO to oversee all financial aspects of the Company and assist with our growth,” comments CEO Joe Bleackley. “And we also say thank you to Darren Prins, who helped us grow from an idea to a publicly-traded company with multiple cash-flowing assets.”
Lee has a reputation as a successful finance leader with progressive roles in accounting, due diligence, financial analysis, and financing, according to a press release.
She also graduated from the Schulich School of Business in 2010. After, she joined PwC, where she garnered international secondment experience in the U.S. and Germany.
When she returned to Canada, Lee became the Associate Vice President of Finance and Real Estate at Fengate Asset Management, managing over $25 billion of total assets in real estate, infrastructure, and private equity. She is currently a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.
Outgoing CFO Darren Prins plans to resign from the position upon the completed hiring of Lee.

With the growth trajectory ahead, it’s great to see Pathfinder having reached the stage of needing a full-time CFO,” said Prins.
Pathfinder is developing a network of premier branded, upscale, and family-friendly RV parks and campgrounds under the “Pathfinder Camp Resorts” name.
The company currently has three camp resorts located in B.C. and is focused on growing its network through acquisitions and new construction. It is taking advantage of the rapidly growing market of Canadians who want to experience the great outdoors in an RV.
