Canadian Camping and RV Council Introduces New Job Board Feature

The Canadian Camping and RV Council (CCRVC) has introduced its newest member benefit, an industry-focused job board designed to connect campgrounds with employees.

As per a press release, the new feature is meant to address one of the biggest hurdles facing campgrounds currently: difficulty filling job openings available at their parks.

Ranging from groundskeeping and maintenance to front desk positions and event coordinators, campgrounds require a broad range of skilled staff to operate at top efficiency.

“Campgrounds are a wonderful working environment, with beautiful scenery, fun atmospheres, and are a great way to enhance your resume and work experience,” the Canadian association stated in the release.

With over 2,000 privately-owned campgrounds across Canada, there are thousands of job prospects available in the industry.

“Providing jobs in communities, often rural, the campground industry has a significant impact on the economy. The Association aims to help connect operators with potential team members who are the best fit for their business”, said CCRVC Executive Director Shane Devenish.

As a new camping season approaches, now is the perfect time to list your job positions with CCRVC. Members of the association can submit their jobs via the Member Dashboard, or contact the Member Services team at [email protected].

Job-seekers interested in finding a position in the campground industry are invited to view the listings, updated regularly, here: https://ccrvc.ca/job-board/
