Western Ideas Forum Extends Early Bird Registration to September 30

The Western Ideas Forum and AccomEx 2025 has extended its early bird pricing deadline to September 30, giving campground, RV park, and outdoor hospitality operators additional time to register at a reduced rate.

The event, which has already attracted 67 registrants, is capped at 100 delegates.

Scheduled for November 3–6, at the St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino in Cranbrook, British Columbia, the forum is designed to bring together campground and RV park owners, resort operators, and other outdoor hospitality professionals from across Western Canada.

Organizers anticipate more than 80 participants.

“Early bird pricing extended for the Western Ideas Forum to September 30th. Space is limited to the first 100 delegates so why not join the 67 who have already registered,” event organizers announced.

Attendees can secure their registration by visiting the conference website and applying the bonus promo code AGI0JNLP to receive an additional 10% discount on the early bird rate.

The conference agenda is set to cover a range of issues relevant to outdoor hospitality operators, from operational best practices to industry trends shaping campground and RV park businesses. By creating a networking and learning environment, the forum seeks to support growth and innovation across the sector.

Central to the event is AccomEx 2025, which will be held on November 4. The trade show is expected to feature 22 exhibitors, with more anticipated, offering attendees access to a wide range of products and services designed to enhance campground and resort operations.

The AccomEx trade floorplan is available online, giving delegates an opportunity to plan ahead and identify which suppliers and service providers to connect with during the event.

Suppliers are also using the conference as an opportunity to share exclusive offers with members and attendees.

The trade show will give operators direct access to suppliers who specialize in campground and RV park needs, making it a valuable opportunity to evaluate new technologies and services in one place.
