Registration is now open for the 2026 Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo, a national industry event scheduled for November 1–4 in Richmond, British Columbia, bringing together campground operators, suppliers, and industry leaders from across Canada.
Organized by the Canadian Camping and RV Association in partnership with Camping In Ontario, the event, also referred to as CampEx, will be held in the Greater Vancouver area, minutes from Vancouver International Airport.
Registration will close on October 12.
The conference is positioned as a national in-person gathering focused on education, networking, and business development within the outdoor hospitality sector.
The event is designed to provide practical, operator-focused insights that attendees can apply directly to their businesses, alongside opportunities to explore products and services aimed at improving efficiency and supporting growth.
Planning for the conference is already underway, with organizers encouraging early awareness to allow attendees to budget and schedule participation.
The event will include a range of programming, such as live keynote sessions, collaborative workshops, and interactive educational offerings.
Additional components of the conference include regional meetings, networking events, and an awards program recognizing industry achievements.
A live auction and prize activities are also scheduled as part of the broader event lineup.
A central feature of the conference is the CampEx Trade Show, which organizers describe as the largest campground and outdoor hospitality trade show in Canada.
The trade show is expected to feature more than 50 vendor booths and over 12 live information sessions, providing attendees with direct access to suppliers and service providers operating in the sector.
The Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo is held annually as a national forum for the country’s private campground and RV park sector, with the 2026 edition expected to draw participants from across multiple provinces.
