AccomEx 2025 to Debut with Strong Exhibitor and Sponsor Support

The Western Ideas Forum & AccomEx 2025 will be held November 3–6 at the St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino in Cranbrook, British Columbia, bringing together campground, RV park, and lodging operators from across Western Canada.

The event will mark the launch of AccomEx, a new trade show created to connect industry suppliers with owners and managers of outdoor hospitality businesses.

At the center of the forum will be the AccomEx Trade Show on November 4. Organizers expect between 80 and 100 operators to attend, offering a platform for exhibitors and sponsors to engage directly with customers, partners, and competitors.

The event is designed to encourage networking, knowledge sharing, and exploration of products and services relevant to campground and lodging operations.

Confirmed exhibitors for AccomEx 2025, as of August 21, include the event’s sponsors, who will also be present on the trade show floor. CampLife, a campground reservation and management software provider, and Canadian Sleeping Barrels, known for its barrel-shaped accommodations, are confirmed as platinum sponsors.

Silver Sponsors include 76 North Street Inc., a provider of branded apparel, signage, and promotional products, and Newbook, a cloud-based property management system. WorkSafeBC, focusing on workplace safety and compliance resources, is participating as a Bronze Sponsor.

Non-exhibiting sponsors are also contributing to the event’s success. Signature Risk Insurance Services, a Silver Sponsor, will highlight its Signature Park insurance program tailored to campgrounds and RV parks. Modern Campground, a Bronze Sponsor, is supporting the event as a media and marketing platform for the industry.

A diverse lineup of additional exhibitors will showcase products and services that address daily operational needs. A & G Supply Ltd. will present janitorial and hospitality solutions, while Acera Insurance will share its expertise in insurance and risk management for campground operators.

App My Community is preparing to demonstrate its customizable mobile app that connects guests with campground services and activities.

Reservation platforms remain a prominent feature on the show floor. Campspot will highlight its reservation and park management software, while Let’s Camp is set to demonstrate its tools for online booking and guest engagement.

Suppliers specializing in infrastructure and support services are also included. EJH Events and Distribution Ltd. will showcase its event supply solutions, and Jesstec Industries Inc. will present electrical utility products and custom designs. Sunrise Docks Inc. will highlight its custom waterfront installations, and Superior Propane will demonstrate its propane supply and storage capabilities.

Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA), a franchise and management brand in the campground industry, is among the notable names on the exhibitor list.
