For owners, operators, team members, and anyone else interested in camping, glamping, or the RV industry.

AccomEx 2025: Space Still Available for Exhibitors at Western Canada’s Campground Industry Event

Event organizers have confirmed a strong list of exhibitors and sponsors for the first-ever Western Ideas Forum & AccomEx 2025, and space is still available for businesses interested in joining the lineup.

From November 3-6, organizers expect to bring together 80-100 campground, RV park, and lodging operators from across Western Canada for four days of networking, education, and business growth opportunities at the St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino in Cranbrook, British Columbia.

In an exclusive interview with Modern Campground, Joss Penny, executive director of BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association (BCLCA), said the Western Ideas Forum has the potential to replace smaller regional gatherings by offering a single, consolidated platform for operators and suppliers across Western Canada.

A key focus of the forum is addressing operator isolation, a persistent challenge in the industry. Many campground and RV park owners, Penny noted, have limited chances to connect beyond their immediate region.

“We hope this event brings new connections with operators outside of the area they operate in so they can bounce ideas off each other and develop camaraderie,” he said.

At the center of the gathering is the AccomEx Trade Show, scheduled for November 4. The exhibition floor will serve as a hub where companies can connect with decision-makers, build brand awareness, and demonstrate their products and services directly to owners and operators in the outdoor hospitality sector.

Companies looking to showcase their offerings can apply online through the exhibitor application form, giving them access to an audience of potential customers and industry partners.

“We’re excited to have you join us for the Western Ideas Forum AccomEx and look forward to an amazing event,” the event indicates.

Among the confirmed participants are leading sponsors who will also be present on the trade show floor.

CampLife, a platinum sponsor, will highlight its campground reservation and management software, while Canadian Sleeping Barrels, also a platinum sponsor, will feature its distinctive barrel-shaped accommodations designed for campgrounds and resorts.

The exhibitor roster also includes silver sponsors such as 76 North Street Inc., which provides branded clothing, promotional items, and signage solutions for tourism and hospitality, and Newbook, a cloud-based reservation and property management system.

WorkSafeBC, a bronze sponsor, will provide workplace safety resources and insurance information tailored to the sector.

Non-exhibiting sponsors are also playing a vital role in supporting the event. Signature Risk Insurance Services, a silver sponsor, will spotlight its Signature Park insurance program created for campground and RV park operators.

Modern Campground, a bronze sponsor, will contribute its platform as a source of industry news and marketing support.

In addition to sponsors, a diverse range of exhibitors has already committed to the trade show.

These include A & G Supply Ltd. for janitorial and hospitality supplies, Acera Insurance for tailored risk management, App My Community for customizable guest engagement apps, and Campspot, an online reservation and park management system.

Other companies on the exhibitor list include EJH Events and Distribution Ltd., suppliers of temporary and modular structures; Jesstec Industries, providers of electrical utility products and solutions; and Kampgrounds of America (KOA), one of the most recognizable brands in campground franchising and management.

The lineup continues with Let’s Camp, an online reservation and guest engagement platform; Sunrise Docks, specialists in waterfront solutions; and Superior Propane, a long-standing supplier of propane fuel, storage, and service to campgrounds and resorts across Canada.

By joining the trade show floor, exhibitors can position their products and services in front of decision-makers actively seeking new solutions to enhance their operations.

Attendees are expected to explore tools that streamline campground management, improve guest experiences, and support long-term business growth.
