Camping World Names Brent Moody Vice Chairman to Support Long-Term Strategy

Camping World Holdings announced the appointment of Brent Moody as vice chairman of the board of directors, effective May 15.

The company said Moody will collaborate with executive leadership and the board to help drive long-term value creation for the business.

The announcement was made by Camping World, the nation’s largest retailer of recreational vehicles and related products, headquartered in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Moody’s appointment comes as the company continues to focus on growth strategies across its dealership and service network.

“Brent has been by my side for over 20 years and has played a critical role in helping to define the future and strategic vision of our organization,” Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World, said in a press release.

“I am grateful to have him serve as the vice chairman and look forward to his continued contributions to the business, as well as his mentorship and advisory to our next generation of leaders,” Lemonis added.

Camping World operates in 44 states and maintains a large network of RV dealerships, service centers, and support operations. The company’s integrated platform includes both retail and digital components, offering a wide range of services through its Camping World and Good Sam brands.

The company’s focus also includes enhancing the RV ownership experience through offerings such as roadside assistance, insurance, and protection plans.
