AutoCamp Announces Senior Leadership Promotions to Support Brand Expansion

AutoCamp, a U.S.-based outdoor hospitality company, has announced a series of senior leadership promotions to support the continued growth of its AutoCamp and Field Station brands.

The changes took effect in May 2025 and impact key areas such as operations, commercial strategy, and guest engagement, according to a report by Short Term Rentalz.

David DiFalco has been named president and chief operating officer. DiFalco joined AutoCamp in 2024 and brings experience from senior roles at Stonebridge Companies, Under Canvas, and Great Wolf Resorts.

His new responsibilities include overseeing the company’s operational strategy as it expands its footprint in outdoor destinations across the United States.

Speaking on the leadership transition, DiFalco stated:

“Over the past year, I’ve seen firsthand the momentum AutoCamp is building as a leader in outdoor hospitality. I’m excited to continue shaping our strategic vision and leading an exceptional team as we grow and innovate across the business.”

Other leadership changes include the promotion of Bryan Terzi to chief commercial officer. In this role, Terzi will lead AutoCamp’s sales, marketing, and revenue functions.

Within the marketing division, Courtney Pugh has been promoted to senior director of integrated marketing partnerships, while Alannah Paren is now senior manager of customer relationship management (CRM).

AutoCamp’s expansion strategy includes the development of new properties in Asheville, North Carolina, and Hill Country, Texas. The company currently operates in eight locations, including Yosemite National Park, Cape Cod, the Catskills, and Zion.

Its accommodations feature a hybrid model that blends design-oriented Airstreams, cabins, and tents with hotel-style amenities, appealing to a growing segment of travelers seeking outdoor experiences with comfort and style.

The company’s sister brand, Field Station, launched in 2023, focuses on transforming existing motels into affordable basecamps near national parks and other natural attractions.

This approach aims to provide budget-conscious travelers with access to nature while reactivating underutilized real estate.

For outdoor hospitality operators, these developments highlight the importance of strategic leadership in scaling multi-location brands while maintaining guest experience standards.

The leadership structure and brand positioning of AutoCamp and Field Station may serve as a model for business owners exploring hybrid accommodation formats and experiential travel offerings.
