Tweed Holiday Parks Taps NewBook as PMS Provider

Tweed Holiday Parks (Australia) and property management system (PMS) and booking software provider NewBook, are partnering to bolster Tweed’s growth and innovation.

When we spoke to the team about their needs, we knew we could help deliver on their goals, and we can’t wait to work together and see them improve their efficiencies, grow, and most importantly, enhance their guest experience across their seven iconic holiday parks,” said NewBook CEO Erin Stevenson.

Tweed Holiday Parks features seven beach, river, or creekside and riverside properties sprawled across 24 hectares along the coast of New South Wales. Each park is near the water, offering a serene space to unwind and relax.

The parks offer accommodation options like waterfront cabins, Surfari tents, tourist (RV) sites, and tent sites. A holiday at one of the parks promotes outdoor recreation with activities such as fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and surfing.

The parks have been around since 1997 and have been a family favorite since then. As the company continues to grow, an upgraded property management software with NewBok will allow stable growth and innovation, according to a press release.

Furthermore, the holiday parks company seeks to not only improve internal system support but also address guests’ needs through the partnership.

“This is a perfect-fit partnership for Tweed Holiday Parks. It will allow us to improve the experience for the thousands of guests who visit every year to enjoy memorable holidays. We’re very pleased to be able to deliver this improved experience both online from booking through to onsite,” said Lisa McRae, Tweed Holiday Parks’ business development officer.

NewBook Head of Product Amy Gibbons also commented: “Ensuring the booking process is easy and seamless makes a key part of the entire guest experience,” she said, “which is why we invest heavily in the innovation of these features and technology.”

NewBook offers support via easy-to-use availability calendars, map view between all holiday parks, booking engine integration, and automated guest communications. It serves over 1,800 parks, including local councils and many of the industry’s biggest names, including BIG4, NRMA Parks and Resorts, Discovery Parks, RAC, Supercars Bathurst 1000l, and Ingenia.
