RMS Launches New Brand Identity to Reinforce Technology’s Role in Hospitality Operations

Hospitality technology provider RMS has introduced a new brand identity, signaling a continued focus on operational efficiency and connection in the lodging sector. 

With a 40-year history rooted in Australia’s holiday park industry, RMS today serves over 7,000 businesses, including hotels, motels, serviced apartments, campgrounds, and short-term rentals across 70 countries.

The updated brand, according to the company, is designed to reflect hospitality’s evolution and the increasing role of technology in delivering consistent guest experiences and driving business growth.

“We’ve always believed hospitality is built on experiences,” said Adam Seskis, CEO of RMS. “This rebrand reflects our commitment to continuing to help lodging providers create those moments that matter, powered by intuitive technology, engaged teams, and seamless operations.”

As part of the brand refresh, RMS emphasized its role in facilitating tasks such as streamlined check-ins, operational scheduling, and timely upsells—functions that underpin day-to-day campground and outdoor lodging operations. 

According to the company, the updated identity highlights how its technology functions as a behind-the-scenes platform that connects property teams with guests and data with decisions.

Seskis described the core of the brand as focused on “connection and touchpoints”—areas where service, staff, and systems intersect to influence outcomes. 

“Hospitality thrives on the points where technology meets service, staff meet guests, operations meet outcomes, and work meets life,” he added.

The company stated that while the visual elements of the new brand have shifted to reflect clarity and simplicity, its foundational values. Collaboration, innovation, and customer success remain unchanged. These principles will continue to guide its solutions for the hotel, motel, serviced apartment, and outdoor lodging sectors.

The announcement was published in a press release issued by RMS on July 29.
