Three popular coastal parks operated by Reflections Holiday Parks are set to enhance their visitor offerings by installing new glamping safari tents. Reflections Bonny Hills, Lennox Heads, and Seal Rocks have received a combined investment of over AU$2 million from the New South Wales government through Crown Lands to support regional tourism.
By offering new accommodations, the company seeks to attract diverse visitors while contributing to the sustainability of its coastal and inland reserves across New South Wales (NSW).
According to an article published by Travel Weekly, Reflections Holiday Parks CEO, Nick Baker, emphasized that the glamping safari tents are designed to blend with the natural environment.
“Our safari glamping tents are a unique experience for guests who want to try something different to their usual cabin or tent experience,” Baker said. “Our glamping tents have all the feeling of a tent from the outside but are super comfortable inside, and they really blend into their natural environment,” Baker explained.
At Reflections Bonny Hills, five safari glamping tents and four junior safari tents are being installed. Each tent is designed with premium, weather-resistant canvas, and eco-friendly timber decks. The tents accommodate up to four people and include a kitchen, bathroom, and deck featuring an outdoor bath.
Meanwhile, Lennox Heads has introduced four new safari tents, each featuring claw-foot baths, deck entertaining areas, and barbeques for guests to enjoy. Four existing safari tents have also undergone refurbishment, offering visitors an upgraded experience.
At Seal Rocks, the company is installing two luxury safari tents, or lodges, that accommodate up to six people. These lodges feature two bedrooms, one queen bed and four bunk beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Guests can also relax on decks furnished with sustainable bamboo screens and benches.
The approach of Reflections Holiday Parks highlights the importance of offering diverse accommodation options to meet the varied needs of travelers. By providing a mix of glamping tents, traditional camping sites, and cabins, glamping owners and developers can cater to a wide range of visitor preferences, from those seeking luxury to those desiring a more rustic experience.
