The National 4X4 Outdoors Show, a much-anticipated event for outdoor enthusiasts, is set to return to Sydney this July. The event, which will take place from July 14 to 16, is the perfect spot for those planning their next big adventure in the great outdoors.
The show will feature a wide range of aftermarket products, including off-road camper trailers, tents, awnings, barbecues, hiking gear, and other outdoor adventure and camping products.
The event, which will take place almost entirely undercover, is not affected by wet weather. Visitors can expect to see and experience a variety of activities and demonstrations.
The Isuzu Iron Summit will showcase the impressive torque and braking capabilities of the D-MAX and MU-X on steep inclines and declines. The Australian Recreational Motorists’ Association (ARMA) will provide 4×4 recovery demos throughout the weekend.
The show is not just for the men. The Girl’s Day Out workshops will demonstrate that the 4×4 scene is not purely the domain of blokes. The Outback Stage, a fan favorite, will return with a slew of special guests including Jase Andrews from All 4 Adventure, Jocko from 4WD 24-7, Bri and Bridget from Red Dirt Diary, and Sam Eyles from Built Not Bought.
New for 2023 is ‘Mount Maxxis,’ an extreme 4×4 test track presented by Maxxis Tyres. Host MadMatt will take on the mountain, teaching attendees how to wheel better and get out of sticky situations.
According to the show’s press release, the track will showcase tips and techniques that will help attendees reach places they never thought they could.
For the younger attendees, Black Snake Productions will host daily demonstrations, allowing kids to get up close and personal with Australia’s wildlife. For those looking to relax, the Outback Bar will offer live music, lunch, and cold beverages.
The Sydney Showground, located at 1 Showground Road, Sydney Olympic Park, will host the event. Gates will be open from 9 am to 5 pm on Friday, July 14, and Saturday, July 15, and from 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday, July 16.
