Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow Offers Exciting Activities for All Ages

The Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow is set to return this year, offering visitors an array of exciting activities and displays.

With over 260 exhibitors in tow, the Supershow, now in its 54th year, is gearing up to be the largest caravan and camping exhibition in the state that will run from April 18-23.

The six-day event that will be held in Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, is packed with fun and educational activities that cater to visitors of all ages.

“Our amazing Supershow is offering more than ever before,” says Caravan & Camping Industry Association (CCIA) NSW CEO Lyndel Gray.

Attendees can expect to see all the new RV products and latest innovations in models, with a range of new ideas and inspiration for visitors.

The exhibition also features a vast display of holiday parks and destinations from across NSW and beyond.

For those looking to learn more about caravan and camping, the Supershow is a one-stop-shop, offering daily seminars and workshops on topics ranging from beginner’s how-to’s to 4×4 driving and towing safety.

Visitors can also head to the CIL 4×4 Adventure Stage to hear from experts such as motoring journalist and TV personality Pat Callinan.

In addition to the educational programs, visitors can also enjoy a range of entertainment activities.

The indoor entertainment precinct features cooking demonstrations by Better Homes and Gardens celebrity chef Fast Ed, who is making four appearances each day.

The exhibition also has an Ingenia pop-up caravan park with a mini-golf course, a Happy Little Campers Toddler Zone, and the Spotto Kid’s Zone, where kids can meet Outback Jess and win some great prizes.

The exhibition spans over 37,000 sqm of space, displaying thousands of caravans, motorhomes, campervans, slide-ons, camper trailers, tents, caravan and camping equipment, 4WD and touring accessories. Show-goers receive professional show guides and maps to help find what they are looking for, and a show bag, including the 2023 Holiday Touring Guide.

The Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow is a dog-friendly event, and visitors can bring their furry friends along.

The exhibition also offers free onsite parking and regular free bus transfers from Parramatta train station and ferry wharf.

One-day adult passes (17 years and over) cost $25, while seniors/pensioners pay $20. Adult two-day passes are $40, and seniors/pensioners pay $35.

Children under 16 are free when accompanied by an adult. All tickets must be purchased online, prior to the event.

The Supershow is set to take place across the April school holidays, making it the perfect place to bring the kids for a fun and exciting day out for the whole family.

With an extensive education program, celebrity appearances, and exciting activities, the Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience for all.

The Supershow attracts thousands of visitors each year, providing a platform for manufacturers and dealers to showcase their products and services, and to connect with potential customers.

The event not only promotes new products and innovations but also provides educational programs and seminars for visitors, helping to educate them about the latest trends and safety practices in the industry.

The caravan industry provides a range of benefits to the economy, including employment, revenue, and investment opportunities.

According to the Caravan Industry Association of Australia, the industry contributes over $20 billion to the Australian economy and supports over 50,000 jobs.

It is an important contributor to regional economies, providing employment and business opportunities in rural and remote areas.

Moreover, the caravan industry is an eco-friendly and sustainable form of tourism, providing an opportunity for people to explore the natural beauty of Australia while minimizing their impact on the environment.

This makes it an attractive option for tourists who are seeking an authentic Australian experience, and it helps to promote sustainable tourism practices.

The Supershow is a significant event for the caravan industry, helping to promote growth and innovation in the sector, and providing a platform for manufacturers and dealers to showcase their products and services.
