All in CARAVANING (AIC) 2025 is scheduled to take place from May 9 to 11, 2025, at the Shougang Convention & Exhibition Center in Beijing. The event is recognized as a key annual gathering for the camping and caravanning industry in China.
Recent years have seen growth in the Chinese caravanning market, and industry stakeholders believe further expansion is possible, positioning AIC as a point of interest for both domestic and international companies.
Under the slogan “Discover Your Possibilities,” the 2025 event will span 27,000 square meters and is expected to host over 110 exhibitors.
Attendees are anticipated to include caravan enthusiasts from across China and other Asian countries, seeking to engage with the mobile travel lifestyle and explore related business opportunities.
For the first time, AIC will be held at the Shougang Convention & Exhibition Center. Organizers selected the newly developed venue to better accommodate innovative ideas and provide an improved experience for exhibitors and visitors.
The move to a May date aligns the event with Beijing’s favorable travel season and aims to help participants prepare for the peak caravanning period.
The event will feature an expanded supporting program designed to appeal to families, offering a variety of interactive activities.
Planned events include an outdoor cultural festival, presentations at the AIC Lab, the Caravaning World exhibit, a mobile-home food market, and a fan meet-up featuring prominent community figures.
“We want to focus even more strongly on the caravaning experience and showcase how emotional and special this way of traveling can be,” said Stefan Koschke, global head of Caravaning & Outdoor, in a news release.
“Especially for Chinese families, this lifestyle concept plays a major role. We are creating the perfect blend of a traditional trade fair and an entertaining family experience.”
In addition to the exhibition, AIC 2025 will offer professional forums, technical workshops, and cultural events. These activities are intended to provide value for both visitors and industry experts by facilitating professional development and networking opportunities.
AIC 2025 will also serve as an international platform for industry discussions, bringing together representatives from politics, business, and associations.
A series of specialist conferences will address current developments and challenges facing the caravanning and tourism sectors.
