All in CARAVANING 2025 concluded on May 11 at the Beijing Shougang Convention & Exhibition Center, marking a successful run with a 51% increase in visitors from the previous edition.
The three-day international exhibition, supported by CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf, attracted 18,268 visits, including 365 international attendees from 41 countries, reinforcing China’s growing role in the global RV and camping industry.
Despite heavy rainfall on the opening day, turnout remained strong as exhibitors and visitors filled the 27,000-square-meter indoor and outdoor venue.
The event showcased 100 domestic and international exhibitors, offering a comprehensive view of new RV models, accessories, and innovations aimed at both the Chinese and global markets.
Organizers attributed the attendance increase to expanded marketing efforts, newly added on-site activities, and tailored feature areas.
“Over the past 14 years, AIC has been dedicated to creating an international and professional exhibition platform for China’s RV and camping industry,” Stefan Koschke, Global Head Caravaning & Outdoor, said in a press release.
International support played a key role in AIC’s success, with representation from markets including Germany, the United States, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
According to initial estimates, about 90% of exhibitors secured on-site orders or formed business leads for future collaborations, indicating a healthy demand in both B2C and B2B segments.
“Caravanning is increasingly regarded not merely as a leisure pursuit, but as an expression of a quality-conscious and independent travel culture,” said Daniel Onggowinarso, managing director of Caravaning Industrie Verband e.V.
“High visitor turnout, a professional business atmosphere and the broad spectrum of showcased products reflect the rising interest in mobile travel,” Onggowinarso explained.
The event’s demographics showed a shift in consumer interest, with young families, couples, and older adults all participating in high numbers. Exhibitors noted a strong sales performance, with many visitors making purchases or starting the buying process during the show.
German table tennis star and CIVD brand ambassador Timo Boll, who attended AIC for the third consecutive year, toured the event and interacted with exhibitors.
“The AIC has developed well and you can sense a great deal of interest in this giant and holiday form among local visitors,” Boll said.
Industry professionals also attended two concurrent conferences focused on regulatory and export topics.
A seminar led by CIVD expert Tim Rüttgers outlined key legal and certification requirements for entering European markets, providing practical insights for Chinese manufacturers seeking global expansion.
In addition to RVs and trade discussions, visitors enjoyed several side attractions, including a food market and a popular new Organic Festa Market, which showcased eco-friendly products. The Creative Activity Area offered interactive experiences, appealing to families and younger audiences.
