The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) is accepting exhibitor registrations for its 63rd Annual Trade Show, scheduled for Dec. 8–9 at Kalahari Resort Poconos in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania, with discounted booth rates available through Oct. 15.
The trade show will provide vendors with an opportunity to showcase products and services to more than 80 campgrounds attending the annual convention. Standard 10-by-10-foot booth spaces start at $425 for exhibitors who register before the early-bird deadline and include three meals. Larger display spaces also are available.
PCOA said exhibit space is limited and encouraged prospective vendors to register before the Oct. 15 deadline to qualify for discounted rates.
The 2026 trade show will take place at Kalahari Resort Poconos, which offers a water park, spa, arcade and multiple dining options. The event is part of PCOA’s annual convention, which brings together campground owners and industry suppliers.
The association said participating campgrounds attend the trade show to purchase products and services for the upcoming camping season, providing exhibitors with an opportunity to present their offerings directly to campground operators.
In addition to booth participation, PCOA is offering advertising opportunities in its 2027 Marketplace Guide, a glossy, full-color publication featuring half-page advertisements.
The 2027 guide will initially be distributed to convention attendees before being mailed to PCOA members who cannot attend the event in person. Advertising opportunities are available to both trade show exhibitors and non-attendees, allowing businesses to reach members beyond the convention.
The annual trade show is part of PCOA’s broader convention program, with the association positioning the event as a venue for campground operators to connect with suppliers and prepare for the next camping season.
