Streamside RV Resorts & Campgrounds has acquired Bay Point Landing in Coos Bay, Oregon, adding its first Pacific Northwest and coastal property and bringing the company’s portfolio to 41 properties nationwide.
The acquisition adds the 103-acre waterfront resort to Streamside’s portfolio as the company expands its outdoor hospitality holdings. Bay Point Landing was founded in 2018 and developed, owned and operated by NBP Capital.
Located at 92443 Cape Arago Highway, Bay Point Landing includes 125 RV sites, 32 Scandinavian-inspired cabins and 14 rentable Airstreams.
The property also features an indoor heated saltwater pool, bayfront fitness center, kids’ den and playground, bocce ball court and bathhouses.
“We have been looking for the right way to enter into the Pacific Northwest market, and Bay Point Landing is exactly what we were looking for,” said Jen Milam, Chief Growth Officer at Streamside RV Resorts & Campgrounds. “It’s perfectly situated for travelers road-tripping along Highway 101, offering top-tier RV sites, lodging and amenities.”
The property is near Bastendorff Beach, Sunset Bay State Park and Cape Arago State Park and is a short drive from Bandon Dunes, according to Streamside. The resort was designed to preserve the natural landscape and history of the bayfront site.
Bay Point Landing has received recognition from several design, travel and hospitality organizations. The property was named the “Best Place to Camp in the Pacific Region” by The Dyrt Annual Awards, won the “Lodges + Camps” category at the Hospitality Design Awards, was named “Most Innovative Glamping Resort” by Men’s Journal and received an “Editor’s Pick” in the Commercial-Hospitality category from Architectural Record’s Best of Design Awards.
According to a press release, Lauren Noecker, CEO and Co-Founder of NBP Capital, said the property was developed around its coastal setting and that its architecture and connection to the landscape contributed to its recognition.
The transition will not disrupt current operations, and Streamside said all existing guest reservations will be honored. The company plans to provide national operational resources, evaluate targeted infrastructure investments and work with local leadership while maintaining the property’s existing identity.
Streamside said its portfolio spans 18 states and includes more than 4,774 RV and lodging sites. The company was founded in 2023.
