Ponte Vedra, Florida-based EasyCare announced Sept. 21 that Pre-Pair’s digital deal workflow platform is now available to dealers enrolled in its Full-Service Provider program.
According to a press release, The integration brings website connectivity, customer relationship management integration, and automated deal structuring tools into the finance and insurance process for recreational vehicle and marine dealerships.
Through soft credit pull technology powered by 700Credit, customers can complete pre-qualification on dealership websites without affecting their credit scores.
Leads automatically route to dealership sales teams, allowing rate comparisons and pre-qualification within a single platform tied to lender networks.
Once a customer completes pre-qualification online, the structured deal is forwarded directly to the EasyCare team for funding and finalization.
The system aims to accelerate transaction times and increase transparency from initial online inquiries to funded purchases.
“Our FSP program was built to give RV and marine dealers access to a full-service F&I team without the overhead of hiring one,” said Dom Zappia, senior vice president of RV and marine at EasyCare.
“Pre-Pair takes that a step further by putting pre-qualification and deal structuring tools directly on the dealer’s website. By the time a deal reaches our team, the customer has already completed pre-qualification and much of the groundwork is done. That saves dealers time while creating a better experience for their customers.”
“Dealers are under constant pressure to move faster without adding headcount, and that is exactly the problem Pre-Pair was built to solve,” said Stephanie Alderman, chief executive officer of Pre-Pair.
“Bringing our technology into EasyCare’s FSP program gives RV dealers access to digital tools that can simplify the process from the customer’s first website visit through a funded deal. It is a natural fit that helps create a more connected and efficient F&I experience.”
EasyCare and Pre-Pair plan to demonstrate the integrated platform at the RV Hall of Fame event in Elkhart, Indiana, from Sept. 28 through Sept. 30. Representatives from both companies will host walkthroughs for dealers during the event to showcase how the technology supports dealership workflows.
For the RV and outdoor recreation sectors, streamlining finance and insurance workflows allows dealerships to process buyer transactions more efficiently while controlling labor overhead.
