RoverPass to Showcase New Features in Live Campground Software Walkthrough

RoverPass will host a live webinar Sept. 22 to demonstrate eight features added to its reservation and property management platform for campground and RV park operators, with the session focused on showing how the updates work inside the software.

The 30-minute session begins at noon Central and will be hosted by RoverPass Founder and CEO Ravi Parikh and Head of Customer Support Paula Martinez. The free webinar will include live demonstrations of each feature, explanations of the operational issue it addresses and time for attendees to ask questions.

The updates cover several areas of campground operations. Among them is an AI chatbot designed to answer routine guest questions after hours and a website content management system that gives park owners control over their website pages.

RoverPass also added an integration suite that brings connected tools into one view, along with split reservations that allow operators to move part of a guest’s stay to another site. The platform’s membership functionality now supports annual and seasonal plans within the portal.

The remaining updates include minimum-night rules based on booking windows, a guest survey about the stay experience and a redesigned reservation details view.

Parikh said the live format is intended to address the challenge of getting software users to notice new functionality after it is released.

“The hardest part of building software is not shipping it, it is getting people to notice,” said Ravi Parikh, founder and CEO at RoverPass. “We would rather show owners what changed, in the tool itself, than send one more update they scroll past.”

Martinez said the live question-and-answer portion will allow operators to discuss how the features apply to their individual operations.

“Every park runs a little differently, so the same feature lands differently depending on who is using it,” said Paula Martinez, head of customer support at RoverPass. “Doing this live means owners can ask about their own situation and leave knowing exactly what to switch on.”

RoverPass said several of the additions were developed based on feedback from operators using the platform. The webinar is open to current customers as well as campground owners and operators considering the platform.
